Based on a Lincoln Mark III, this unique prototype was designed under the guidance of Ford's Larry Shinoda and built by Kar Kraft for the 1969-1970 auto show season. A dual-cowl design, it features distinctive front and rear styling and a handsome silver finish. Shown across America, the car was then loaned for display purposes to Puerto Rico's Marcelino Rivera's Mercury dealership in 1972, and scheduled for destruction one year later. Rivera became quite attached to the car however, and Ford ended up allowing him to keep it in recognition of his dealership success. Lovingly restored by his son in 1991, this exciting concept car will be offered publicly for the first time in its history at RM's Collector Cars of Fort Lauderdale.
